STORY NARRATIONS
I have several story narrations presented in youtube format. All of the stories have songs usually done slowly as sing-a-longs . These songs accompany the story narrations. The first youtube story that I performed is based on the well-known British folktale The Little Red Hen. This story teaches children about responsibility. There have been many versions of this folktale. The central figure, the hen, is always present. In some versions, the roommates are a pig, cat and goose. Some versions have a duck, pig and a dog. In this version the hen is living with a lazy dog, a vain cat and a very idle mouse.

A story about prejudice and tolerance
In Knuckle Gulch Valley there is a town known as Plop-Tooey Neigh. This town is populated by green people who have several eyes, noses, mouthes. They have several arms and legs. They all look the same and like it that way. One lady named Zenniker Zoo does not look like her neighbors. She is blue and suffers from ridicule and discrimination. Then something happens to make the Plop-Tooeys learn a lesson in tolerance.

Some of you might remember the Scandinavian folktale about the Three Billy Goats Gruff.
This story is totally new. It is about the three billy goats, but has nothing to do with the mean troll who lived under the bridge. This story, like many folktales, teaches a lesson. Actually, there are two lessons in this story. The first one is to make a decision and not waver back and forth. The second lesson teaches us not to be too greedy.

BUANA SIMBA'S PRIDE
A story about the difference between healthy pride
and conceited pride
It is very important for every person to be proud of him or herself. It is important for everyone to understand that other people are entitled to have pride too. Buana Simba is Mr. Lion. He is very proud, oh so proud! Unfortunately he is way too proud. He thinks he is better than all the other animals. But he is not so sure that the other animals know it. So he goes to find out. Bibi Tembo, Mrs. Elephant, has a lesson to teach him...but I wonder whether Buana Simba learns the lesson!
"Buana Simba's Pride" is based on an East African folktale.
